Mr. Pratul Shroff is a serial entrepreneur, philanthropist, and venture investor with over three decades of leadership experience in India and the USA. He founded eInfochips in 1994 and scaled it from a one-person startup to a 2,000-strong engineering powerhouse, later acquired by Arrow Electronics in 2018. A pioneer in Gujarat’s tech ecosystem, he introduced stock options early on, enabling wealth creation for employees and inspiring the founding of over 30 startups by former team members.

After his exit from eInfochips, he turned his focus to the Dr. K. R. Shroff Foundation (KRSF), working in education, healthcare, and sustainability. He continues to mentor startups and invest in disruptive ventures and leading VC funds.

Mr. Shroff previously worked with Intel and was a founding engineer at Daisy Systems in Silicon Valley. His accolades include the Outstanding IT Entrepreneur Award (AMA, 2004), Visionary ICT Leader (GESIA, 2014), Man of Innovation (2016), Gujarat Ratna, and Hercules Award (2018).

He holds degrees from BITS Pilani, Cornell University, and an executive MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

DR. NAYANA SHAH

Dr. Nayana Shah is the founder Director of Manthan Centre for Human and Organization Development, Ahmedabad. Her expertise is in the areas of organizational diagnosis, psychometric assessment, competency mapping, executive coaching and training. She has worked with varied organizations and industries of varied nature such as textile, automobile, software, engineering, pharmaceutical, etc. She was associated with Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, for ten years in different capacities and has worked with acclaimed academic institutes such as NID, MICA, NIRMA, DARPANA, SUMEDHAS, FLAME and AMA as consultant, trainer, subject expert, faculty, etc.

Mr. Unmesh Dixit is a dynamic leader with expertise in public relations, human resources, and organizational development. Known for driving value-based strategies, he has led cost optimization, enhanced employee engagement, and enabled organizational transformation across diverse sectors.

Since January 2022, he has served as Executive Director of Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA), where he has significantly strengthened the AMA brand and expanded its educational and training programs.

Mr. Dixit holds a BA in English Literature and has contributed to various professional and academic bodies, including roles as:

A Panel Artist at Doordarshan, ISRO, and All India Radio since 1985, he is also a frequent judge at cultural and academic events, reflecting his passion for the arts and education.
