Dr. MANJULA DEVI SHROFF
An Edupreneur, Dr. Manjula Devi Shroff is regarded by many as the change agent for schooling in the state of Gujarat.
As CEO of Kalorex, she has been instrumental in founding and managing several premier schools. Kalorex, since its inceptions in 1995, is a name synonymous to professionalism and excellence in schooling. It has under its umbrella, the Delhi Public Schools, Calorx Olive International School at Ahmedabad and Calorx Public Schools across the Western Belt of India with 40+ educational Institutions. Kalorex has recently forayed into international territory with fresh footprints in the UAE. Kalorex is recognized as a quality conscious group with a focus on Innovation and use of Technology in Learning.
Dr. Manjula Devi Shroff also holds an additional portfolio as an Independent Director at Gujarat Gas Company Ltd., Eimco Elecon (India) Limited and Sabarmati Gas Ltd.
She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Commonwealth University, London, a postgraduate degree from York University, is an executive alumni from London School of Economics. She also holds a post-graduate degree from Utkal University and is a Graduate of Management Education Programme IIM, Ahmedabad.
Her concern for the marginalized and those with special learning needs is evident through the projects Visamo Kids and Prerna – a school for dyslexics.
She is a recipient of several awards, among them, the prestigious Secular India Award from the President of India, Shri Shankar Dayal Sharma & Woman of the year by American Bibliography Society, North Carolina.
An avid outdoor person, she has tried her hand in adventure sports like sky diving, parasailing, snorkeling, skiing, trekking and white water rafting. Has participated in many running marathons, is an enthusiastic cyclists and has attempted cross country rides. Besides her participating in cylothons, has been promoting the cause of green earth by encouraging young riders from ages 3 -16 years to pick up their cycles and ride.

Mr. Shroff holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani (India) and a master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Cornell, USA. He also earned an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad (India). For 10 years, Pratul worked for Intel and Daisy Systems in the USA. At Intel, he was a part of the 80186 processor design team, and was one of the founding engineers at Daisy Systems.
Mr. Shroff believes in giving back to the society. His NGO, K R Shroff Foundation provides education support to approximately 20000 under privileged students in North Gujarat. His vision is to impact 1 Mn lives in next 10 years. He also contributes to initiatives like Visamo Kids (a home for underprivileged children) and Yuva Unstoppable (Computer education to 100+ rural schools).
In June 2014, he was awarded for Visionary Leadership in the ICT Sector by GESIA. His leadership has been exemplary, and instrumental in building the technology services ecosystem in Gujarat. Mr. Shroff was also awarded the ‘Outstanding IT Entrepreneur of the Year by Mr. N. R. Narayana Murthy, (Chairman, Infosys) at an Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA) event in 2004.
Mr. Shroff is the Chairman of Core Group on Information, Communication and Technology (ICT), for the CII Gujarat State Council. He is also a member of the Academic Council for DAIICT (Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communications Technology) and Ahmedabad University.

Mr. Shantanu Mishra
Mr. Santanu Mishra is the Co-Founder & Executive Trustee of Smile Foundation, a national level development organization that was established in 2002 by him and his friends as a part of their giving back to the society.
Mr. Mishra has done his graduation in commerce stream and is a certified Company secretary. On the academic front he further excelled by completing his management education from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmadabad (IIM-A). He has a successful stint in the corporate sector as a finance professional before devoting most of his time in the social sector. He is a qualified lawyer.
Mr. Mishra is the producer of Feature Film “I am Kalam”, which has achieved astounding success with the film travelling to over 30 countries and winning 22 national and international awards. With “I am Kalam” Smile Foundation advocated the cause of Sending Every Child to School.
Dr. Nayana Shah
Dr. Nayana Shah is the founder Director of Manthan Centre for Human and Organization Development, Ahmedabad. Her expertise is in the areas of organizational diagnosis, psychometric assessment, competency mapping, executive coaching and training. She has worked with varied organizations and industries of varied nature such as textile, automobile, software, engineering, pharmaceutical, etc. She was associated with Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, for ten years in different capacities and has worked with acclaimed academic institutes such as NID, MICA, NIRMA, DARPANA, SUMEDHAS, FLAME and AMA as consultant, trainer, subject expert, faculty, etc.
A Trained Psychologist, counsellor, therapist, healer (Expert in natural Reiki method of healing) Ms. Manoja Manjari Devi, a Health and wellness seminar leader has made a mark as a living root binding the earthly mortals with a high spiritual quotient.
She is the Director, SVADHYAYA FOUNDATION, (involved in Reiki teaching and practicing). She is currently promoting spiritual awareness to transform life conditions.
As the Founder member of Art of Living (AOL) Bhubaneswar Chapter, she remains the youngest delegate to have represented AOL in World Faith Conference in 1999.
Besides her social activities, her literary work has been recognised and rewarded by Swami Tejomayananda in Chinmaya International Magazines. Some of her works have been published in Asian Age, Sambad and Bhubaneswar Club Magazine of which she was on the Editorial Board. She has addressed the Rotary Club of Bhubaneswar on two occasions, once on ‘Reiki’ and recently, on ‘Life After Death’. She is the President of TM trust, a government backed socio-religious charitable organisation. She has been associated in various capacities with socially committed organisations of national and international repute such as Rotary. World Faiths organisation, Chinmaya mission and Divine Life Society.
